Day Seven

The dishitis has (almost) successfully been purged from the kitchen, and the Wild Sock I found today has yielded a plentiful harvest. I was also successful in removing the dust and hair from the rug via suction device. All in all, a good day

Day Four

This plague of Sleep is devious. The day is wasted as it saps your strength and will to re-harvest the Wild Sock patch you discovered hiding in the bathroom, and by night it deserts you leaves you bored out of your skull without access to dreams. Nature did good job with this one.

Day Three

Fell victim to a plague of Sleep and consequently did not manage to explore and excavate the Closet Cave, the next frontier in my Laundry Jungle taming attempts. Nor was I successful in curbing the outbreak of dishitis in the kitchen, though to be truthful, the Sleep may have been ultimately responsible

Day Two

(Which is Today)

I have managed to trim back the verge of this laundry jungle, though it is so verdant that it might grow back again before I've had a chance to do away with it completely.  The upside, however, is that yesterday, I found a patch of Wild Sock growing near the bed, and was able to harvest accordingly.  This has brought our sock supplies up, and I shan't be worried about over-harvesting because Wild Sock grows daily at a very rapid pace.

Day One

(Which was yesterday)

I have begun an attempt to bring order to the jungle of laundry that has grown up around our sleeping quarters. Perhaps I may even locate the cat's nesting grounds, and wash it again...though I mustn't keep my hopes too high. She's very good.
